Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to Autriv. By using this application, you agree to the following terms. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Autriv.

1. Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that these Terms of Use are concluded between you and Autriv only, and not with Apple, Inc. Autriv, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Autriv application and the content thereof.

2. Scope of License

Autriv grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Premium Access: Autriv Premium is billed at $6.99/month.
• Billing: Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free Trial: Trials last 7 days. Your account will be charged at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to expiration.

4. Cancellation & Management

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

5. Maintenance and Support

Autriv is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Autriv is an information and tracking tool, not a medical provider. The "Sunday Strategist" and meal analysis are for informational purposes only. Consult a physician before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.
